Should an enrolled student be unable to obtain satisfactory recourse through the Summit Pacific Distance Education Director in a matter of concern over the college’s operation (e.g. course content, fees assessed, grade assigned, requirements imposed, etc.) the following policy is provided:

  1. The student should address his or her complaints in writing to either Dr. Wilf Hildebrandt or Dr. Melody Deeley (whichever one is not directly involved).
  2. Dr. Hildebrandt or Dr. Deeley (as appropriate) will request a written report on the matter from all faculty or staff involved.
  3. Dr. Hildebrandt or Dr. Deeley will review the submissions.
  4. Dr. Hildebrandt or Dr. Deeley will provide a written decision, with reasons, to all involved parties
