Withdrawals & Refunds

A student must notify the college in writing of his or her intention to withdraw in order to qualify for a refund. Written notification of withdrawals must be sent to the Distance Education Office.

Tuition refund is on a percentage basis and does not include registration fees or shipping costs:

• Up to 2 weeks after course registration: 75%

• Up to 4 weeks after course registration: 50%

• Over 5 weeks after course registration: 0%

There are no refunds on textbooks.
